Hello all you beautiful PROM girls! :)
A couple weeks ago, Debra Lash, owner of The Wedding Tree, and her daughter Katie were treated to a unique opportunity. MoriLee, Inc. out of New York invited representatives from ten of the top selling prom shops in the United States to their show room in New York City for an all expense paid trip to review their 2011 Prom line. This prestigous event was held Monday June 21 through Wednesday June 23 and all of the owners, sales representatives, designers and corporate staff of MoriLee, Inc. were in attendance. The event began with the designer, Madeline Gardner, herself, presenting the 2011 Mori Lee Prom line. The guests were then asked to give some insight on any finishing touches that might be added to the prom dresses. The next day the sales representatives, the Mori Lee New York staff, the designer Madeline Gardner, and the visitors from the ten retail stores were treated to a thirteen course meal at the Spice Market in the old meat district in New York, hosted by the owners of MoriLee, Inc. The Spice Market is a very unique restaurant where the food is served family style and new dishes arrive throughout the meal, adding a special touch of variety to the dinner. The whole event was an unforgetable opportunity for both Deb and The Wedding Tree to take part in and we are so honored to have been given the chance to participate! You will be able to find 2011 prom styles from Mori Lee at The Wedding Tree in the Spring!
Until Next Time!
